![]() The first version that had the same cutscenes was only a symptom. ![]() I was disappointed in ME2 after all what I heard about it especially with the relatively weak story (from my point of view). ![]() Story/character wise ME1 is my favourite. ME3 is still the best package altogether especially with all the dlc. It’s just a feeling of choose your own ending A,B or C or D in one question whatever you did before that does not sit well with me. Is it fine to be able to choose whatever ending in the last 10seconds with all you choices in the trilogy accounting for nothing if not for some short cutscene? I don’t think so. I still thing ME3 ending is bad but in the way you chose which ending you get. However it’s obviously matter of perspective and everyone has different tastes. Fri 6th Aug absolutely loved playing the full trilogy having only played ME3 on ps3.Of course, it also helps that Legendary Edition presents a fantastic overall remaster of three great games. All told, we're not really surprised that it ended up selling so well. The publisher had always seemed unsure about remastering the original Mass Effect trilogy, but fans had been asking for such a collection since the start of the PlayStation 4 generation. The report doesn't provide any clear numbers, but EA certainly sounds happy with Legendary Edition's performance. "The launch of Mass Effect Legendary Edition, the remaster of the first three Mass Effect games, reignited the passion of fans around the world, driving sales performance well above our expectations," CEO Andrew Wilson stated during the earnings call. The remastered collection launched back in May, and EA says that it's sold "well above" expectations up until this point. EA has just enjoyed a very successful quarter according to the company's latest earnings report - and the release of Mass Effect Legendary Edition played a big part in that.
